Due to an isolated third-party integration in customer creation, parties in the ERP were being duplicated, with more than one hundred duplicate suppliers and customers. It was necessary to organize the correct registration process and regularize the existing duplicates.
Based on the TCA model, Acevedo organized the correct party registration process and regularized the duplicates. The integration process was modified to include the correct registration sequence and reports were added on party coding in the ERP. Through the standard party merge process, related suppliers and customers were regularized.
Duplicate customers and suppliers were eliminated from the ERP, improving data quality. The integration process was corrected to ensure the correct registration of new parties. Information in the platform became more consistent and reliable.
