The Autoridad Portuaria de la BahÃa de Algeciras, manager of one of the most important ports in Spain and the Mediterranean, needed to ensure the continuity, stability and optimization of its Oracle E-Business Suite platform, reducing incidents and adapting the solution to the changing needs of the port business.
Acevedo took on the comprehensive support and maintenance service for Oracle E-Business Suite, covering technical support (diagnosis, incident resolution, patches and security updates), functional support for end users, training and change management. As part of the public tender contract, a version upgrade and the deployment of Oracle E-Business Suite on cloud infrastructure (OCI) were included.
