HomeServe needed to optimize the management of its corporate invoicing system in Oracle ERP Cloud, ensuring its correct integration with the company’s financial processes and including compliance with Spanish tax regulation (SII).
Acevedo carried out design, configuration and validation work within Oracle ERP Cloud, including the definition of document sequences for correct accounting, validation of tax information (SII), management of returned payments and optimization of the customer structure. Unit tests, UAT sessions, production parameterization and post-production support were also carried out.
The corporate invoicing system was optimized and integrated with financial processes. Compliance with SII tax regulations was validated. The go-live was stable and aligned with business needs.
